Jorey “Juicy” Hansen
Jorey Hansen, known by many as “Juicy,” is an entrepreneur, coach, and creator whose life has always been rooted in discipline, passion, and purpose.
For more than 15 years, Juicy has dedicated himself to helping others become the strongest versions of themselves through his work in the fitness industry. Beginning his career in 2007 at Gold’s Gym, he went on to become a certified trainer and founded Prolific Performance, where he has coached athletes of all levels, from youth competitors to collegiate and professional athletes, helping them push beyond limits and unlock their full potential.
But long before the gym, Juicy’s passion was shaped somewhere else, in the kitchen.
His mother, Teresa, instilled in him a deep love for cooking and the joy that great food brings to people. From an early age, she showed him that cooking is more than ingredients and recipes, it’s about patience, creativity, and bringing people together around something meaningful.
Those lessons became the foundation of Juicy’s approach to food.
Today, Juicy’s Kitchen is a reflection of that passion, a place where bold flavors, thoughtful preparation, and genuine hospitality come together to create meals people remember.
